Renee Nicole Macklin Good was a 37 year old white American woman, a mother of three, a writer and poet, and a resident of Minneapolis in the state of Minnesota with her wife and youngest child. She had degrees in English and was described by family and friends as compassionate and creative and devoted to her family. On January the 7th 2026 the Federal U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement also known as ICE agents were conducting an enforcement operation in a Minneapolis neighbourhood in a part of a larger federal deployment. During this Renee was in her vehicle on a residential street shortly after dropping her child off at school. According to official government statements the ICE agents ordered Renee to exit her vehicle and stop interfering with their operation. Federal officials have claimed she ignored orders and attempted to use her vehicle against an agent clearly false from my perspective as she was trying to drive away but in order to understand it's best for you to make your own judgement leading an agent to shoot her in what they described as "self defence".
The President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance both stated publicly that Renee was planning to run over the ICE agents when video evidence clearly shows that she was driving away with tyres facing the other way from where the ICE agent who shot her was standing. As Good attempted to move her car away that agent fired three shots into the vehicle at point blank range. Good’s wife and family strongly dispute the narrative given to them by officials, saying she was not a threat and was simply trying to leave the scene. They describe her as peaceful and loving, with no record of violent activity or criminality. Her wife also said they were only there to support neighbours protesting armed with whistles, not weapons. The USA is getting increasingly unstable with a volatile political presence. The USA is becoming a Nazi extremist state with the rise of white supremacy rising. Every life is precious no matter race, religion and personal beliefs. The killing of Renee Good is a disgrace and a slap to the face to the democratic system of the USA with evil figures using Christianity as a explanation for hurtful comments towards her. Key message of a life of Christians is Agape the unconditional love that everyone deserves.
